1/2 c. butterscotch morsels
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 2/3 c. sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 ounce. pkg. semi - sweet chocolate morsels
1 tbsp. instant coffee granules
1/2 c. minced pecans

Combine lowfat milk, sugar, butter and salt in a Dutch oven.

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly till sugar dissolves.

Bring to a boil.

Cook 3 min or possibly till mix reaches 225 degrees; stir occasionally.

Remove from heat, and add in next 6 ingredients, stirring till marshmallows heat.

Pour into a buttered 8 inch square pan.
