Hobo Joe Dinner

   Chop potatoes into very small pieces; saute in butter with diced onion, pepper and diced garlic clove.

   When potatoes are almost cooked, add beef, crumbled.

   Cook until beef is done; drain.

   Serve with salad and a vegetable.
