1/2 c. brown rice
1/4 c. dry white wine
1/2 teaspoon dry basil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
1/8 teaspoon pepper
4 ounce. Swiss cheese

Combine chicken broth, lentils, onion, uncooked rice, wine and seasonings into 1 1/2 qt casserole.

Stir in lentils.

Shred half of cheese and mix in.

Bake covered, 1 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees, stirring 2 times.
