4 Cornish hens, split lengthwise
1 Tbsp. salad oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
8 green pepper rings
dash of cayenne
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 Tbsp. chopped celery or powder
8 slices onion
