Clean wing sections, salt and pepper, I stay light on the salt because the sauce adds some also.

Spread wings out on baking sheet, place in preheated oven for about 45 minutes.

About 5 minutes before the wings are done, in a small container (I use a coffee mug) mix the sauce ingredients.

I put a little sauce in a big enough bowl to hold the wings and mix them.

Add about 1/3 wings, about 1/3 sauce, same thing twice more.

I find that just makes it easier to evenly coat the wings.

If you want to add a little chart to the coating, you can broil the wings for a minute per side, keep an eye on them do you don't over do it.

My daughter does not like it that way, so we skip this step when she is home.
