4 c. cooked diced chicken
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 medium onion, chopped
2 c. cooked rice
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. water
3/4 c. melted butter
2 c. or more corn flakes
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Combine chicken, onion, rice and celery in large bowl. Mix soup, salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Mix mayonnaise and water and add to soup mixture.

Add mixture of soup and mayonnaise to chicken mixture in large bowl.

Place in shallow baking dish 9 x 13-inches.

Top with corn flakes combined with melted butter. Bake in 375u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
