Heath Bar Cookies

   Heat oven to 375 degrees.

   Line large jelly roll pan with foil, up the sides, too. Spray well with non stick spray and lay crackers as close together as possible. Melt butter, add sugar, bring to boil and boil 1 minute only. Remove from heat and add soda. Mix well and pour carefully over crackers, spreading as you go. Put pan in oven and bake for no more than 10 min. Remove, sprinkle with choclate immediately. After a min, spread chocolate and sprinkle with nuts, set to cool, can be put in refrigerator briefly to set. Break into pieces.
