6 ounces uncooked egg noodles (3 cups)
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup sliced green onion
1/2 - 2/3 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons yellow mustard
1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 small zucchini, scrubbed,sliced
