Hearty Supper Salad(Serves 6)

   Cook potatoes until tender; drain.

   Put potatoes in large bowl; add 1/4 cup dressing to hot potatoes.

   Marinate several hours.

   Combine Swiss cheese, salami, onion, green pepper and tomatoes in second bowl.

   Add remaining 1/4 cup dressing to 2nd mixture.

   Chill one hour (at least).

   At serving time, drain dressing from mixtures.

   Combine potatoes, meat, cheese, vegetable mixture.

   Line salad bowl with crisp greens; add potato mixture. Top with mayonnaise and chopped parsley.
