1 whole Green Pepper, Chopped

2 teaspoons Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Cumin
1/2 teaspoons Paprika
1/2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
1 teaspoon Oregano
Shredded Cheese And Sour Cream, To Serve

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add ground beef.
