Measure the first two flours with yeast and set that bowl aside.

Measure rest into another and dissolve with the hot water. When lukewarm, add the flour with yeast in.

Measure in 4 cups flour and mix 1/2 minute on low and 3 minutes on high speed. Add more flour and work into a nice smooth dough ball.

Put into a pan to rise until double.

Work some and divide into 3 to 4 loaves.

Place loaves into greased pans and rise again. Bake in a 350u00b0 to 375u00b0 oven for 45 minutes. Remove to a rack to cool. Makes 3 to 4 loaves.
