Hatch Green Chile Salsa

   Set oven to broil

   Add onion and garlic clove (in its skin) to a sheet pan and drizzle with olive and broil for 5 to 10 minutes turning every few minutes. You don't want to burn the onion and garlic, just get a nice light char on the outside

   Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor and pulse 10 to 15 times until desired consistency is reached

   Taste and adjust salt if necessary
