1/4 cup honey
1 Land O Lakes Egg (yolk only)
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/4 cups sifted powdered sugar
1 tablespoon meringue powder
2 tablespoons warm (105F to 115F) water
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
Food color, as desired
Decorator sugars and/or candies, if desired

Roll out dough on lightly floured surface, one-half at a time (keeping remaining dough refrigerated), to 1/8-inch thickness.

Bake 6-8 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.

Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets; remove to cooling rack.

Combine all icing ingredients in bowl.

Beat at low speed until moistened.

Beat at medium speed 2-4 minutes or until thickened and glossy.

(If too thick, add additional tablespoon hot water.)
