In a large skillet, combine the Hamburger and Hot Sausage. Once it is fully cooked, drain in strainer to remove excess grease. Add back to skillet and add the Velveeta Cheese (it is best if the cheese is cubed first as it melts easier). If desired, add a few dashes of Red Pepper Flakes and Garlic Powder.

It is easier (in my opinion) to put the meat mixture into a Crockpot and serve the bread on the side.
3
Another way to serve is to add a spoonful of the meat mixture to a piece of the sourdough bread and freeze on cookie sheets covered w/ wax paper. Before serving, pre-heat oven to 350 and bake for 7-10 minutes.

Either way, it is still Hanky Panky and will still be a hit anytime!
