Hamburger Zucchini Casserole

   Brown ground beef with onion.

   Drain and add salt, pepper, oregano, tomato sauce and cheese.

   Cook until cheese starts to melt.

   Slice zucchini into bottom of casserole until well covered. Pour ground beef mixture over top of zucchini; top with buttered bread crumbs.
