2 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
1 large onion, diced
1 small can tomato sauce
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste

Cook noodles, drain and place in bottom of casserole dish. Brown beef and onions.

Add tomato sauce, catsup and water.

Simmer for a few minutes.

Spread mixture over noodles.

Mix mushroom soup, cream cheese and sour cream and spread over beef mixture. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake at 350u00b0 or enough to heat thoroughly.
