1/2 cups Minced Onions
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 pound Ground Beef
2 Tablespoons Flour
1 dash Garlic Salt
2 teaspoons Salt
1/4 teaspoons Accent
1/4 teaspoons Pepper
1 can Mushrooms
1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Wet Mustard
1 cup Sour Cream

In a medium skillet over medium heat, saute minced onions in butter until brown.
