1 lb ground beef, of your choice (we like turkey)
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
2 cups egg noodles
mushroom, sliced (optional)

In large skillet, cook ground meat, onion& butter until meat is cooked& onion is tender.
