Hamburger Stroganoff - Delicious

   Saute onion and garlic in butter over medium heat.

   Stir in ground beef and brown.

   Stir in flour, salt, and pepper -- let cook for about 3 minutes, stir in mushrooms.

   Cook 5 minutes.

   Stir in soup.

   Simmer uncovered 10 minutes.

   Stir in sour cream and heat through (don't allow it to come to a boil).

   Serve in a ring of rice, or buttered noodles.
