3/4 c. sliced onions
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. flour
pepper
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. catsup
2 tsp. Worcestershire
1/4 c. mushroom bits and liquid

Cook noodles according to package directions.

Drain. Meanwhile in skillet, combine onions and ground beef, stirring constantly until onions are tender and meat is browned.

Blend in flour, pepper and salt.
