Hamburger Pinwheels Recipe

   Mix biscuit mix and lowfat milk according to directions on package, adding just sufficient lowfat milk so dough clings together, but can be rolled out.

   Roll out on floured board to about 1/4 inch thickness.

   Shape into a rectangle.

   Mix grnd beef, onion, salt, and pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

   Spread this on dough.

   Roll up as for a jelly roll.

   Slice about 1 inch thick.

   Put slices on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees, about 20-25 min.

   While pinwheels are baking, simmer undiluted tomato soup.

    Serve this over the pinwheels.
