2 1/2 lb. hamburger
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
16 oz. medium egg noodles
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour crem
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 green peppers
bunch of scallions
salt and pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
pinch of sugar
