Ham Roll Appetizer

   Soften cream cheese for 20 to 30 seconds in microwave.

   Slice ham into 1/4-inch long pieces.

   Cut greens from scallions just short of the length of the ham slices.

   Spread cream cheese over the ham slices; take 1 cut slice from onions and place onto ham with cream cheese.

   Roll so it looks like a pinwheel and secure with a toothpick.

   Drain olives and cube the Cheddar cheese and pepperoni to a little smaller than an olive.

   Place 1 ham pinwheel, 1 black olive or 1 green olive, 1 cheese cube and 1 pepperoni on a toothpick.

   Serve on a large platter.
