6 slices Swiss cheese
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. flour
2 c. lowfat milk
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 beaten egg
1/4 c. cream
1 c. buttered bread crumbs
Salt

Cook chicken breasts, remove bones.

Slice into large chunks.

In shallow buttered baking dish layer first chicken, then ham, then cheese.

Heat butter in saucepan.

Stir in onion till soft, blend in flour, add in lowfat milk carefully.
