1 c. sour cream
4 oz. medium noodles, cooked and drained
1 1/2 c. cooked ham
1 1/2 c. cooked turkey
2 Tbsp. toasted almonds

Melt butter. Stir in flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Add milk and cream. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Stir in remaining ingredients, except nuts. Turn into 2-quart casserole. Top with almonds. Bake at 325u00b0 for 25 minutes.
