Ham and Cream Cheese Roll-ups

   Spread the cream cheese in a 1/8 to 1/4 inch layer on a slice of ham staying away from one side.

   Roll the ham tightly towards the side you stayed away from (so the cream cheese has room to squirt out a bit.

   Sorry that sounds gross) Repeat with the rest of the ham slices and cream cheese.

   Refrigerate the ham logs until the cream cheese firms up again then slice into 1/2 in.

   Just pile em on a plate and eat with your fingers or stick toothpicks in em.

   You could roll up some chives or other add-ins to make them more fancy.
