   Shred the cheese. Chop the ham.

   Wash the leek and cut it into small pieces.

   Put some water with a little salt and pepper to boil.

   When hot, put the leek in the water to soften.

   Take out the pie shells.

   Put cheese, ham, and leek in it, in the order written.

   Mix eggs and milk. Put a little pepper and salt in it. Pour the milk mixture in the pies to cover the ingredients.
