Halibut Cheese Bake

   Clean and rinse halibut.

   Arrange pieces in single layer in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

   Dot with butter.

   Bake at 375u00b0 for 1/2 hour basting with butter frequently.

   While halibut is baking, mix together grated cheese and mayonnaise.

   (Mixture will stick to spoon in clumps.)

   When halibut is almost done, top with cheese and mayonnaise mixture.

   Continue to bake until cheese has melted and is lightly browned.
