Guacamole and Fresh Tomato Sandwich on Ciabatta Roll

   Fresh Ciabatta rolls are the perfect start to these summer sandwiches.

   Split the rolls horizontally (sandwich style).

   Spread the bottom of each roll with a bit of butter or margarine.

   Follow by spreading one half of the Wholly Guacamole pouch on the inside of the top and bottom halves of each roll.

   Slice tomato and pile some on the bottom part of roll.

   Sprinkle with Mrs.

   Dash Original Blend to taste.

   Salt is optional to taste.

   Top the tomato pile with a handful of arugula.

    Put the top of the bun on the sandwich.

    Slice sandwich on the diagonal, and serve.

    Feel free to add sliced chicken or sandwich meat of choice.

    Roast beef may work beautifully as well.

    Serving suggestions: Serve with egg salad or other potato salad.

    Serve with grapes or other fruit.

    Serve with Yukon Gold or sweet potato fries.

    Serve with an arugula salad and balsamic vinaigrette.
