1 tbsp. veg. oil
1 pound grnd beef
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Dash garlic salt
2 med. potatoes, diced
3 carrots
2 celery stalks, minced
1 can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. rice
Dash celery salt
Dash onion salt
Dry parsley
1 pound tomatoes
1 c. cooked elbow macaroni
