Ground Beef Relish Patties

   Mix the ground beef with the salt, pepper and parsley.

   Shape mixture into 8 patties, 4-inch diameter.

   On each of 4 patties, arrange an onion ring, a tomato slice and a slice of cheese. Cover with the other 4 patties and press edges together to seal. Broil on both sides for a total of about 20 minutes.
