Ground Beef Pie Recipe

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

   Brown grnd beef and drain.

   Simmer beef, tomato sauce, onion and mushrooms till onion is cooked and liquid is reduced by about a third.

   Pat crescent roll dough into the bottom of a 10 inch pie plate to create crust.

   Beat egg; mix with 1 c. of cheese and place in crust as the first layer.

   Add in the meat mix and cover with 1 c. remaining cheese.

   Sprinkle with paprika.

   Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.

   Let stand for 10 min before cutting.
