Grilled Salami Sliders

   Set grill up for Direct Heat.

   Toast sliced baguette bread directly of the fire.

   Only a minute or 2 per side.

   Place sliced salami directly over the fire.

   And cook 2 or 3 minutes.

   After some nice grill marks, Flip the salami and add a slice of cheese.

   Cook for 2 or 3 minutes until the cheese is melted.

   Remove the salami and cheese and place on toasted baguette.

   Give your guess a variety of mustards.
