1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. catsup
1 Tbsp. horseradish
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 slices rye bread
3/4 lb. sliced corned beef
1 c. sauerkraut
2 Tbsp. butter
4 slices (4 oz.) Gruyere or Alpine Swiss cheese
