Grilled Honey Peaches

   Set up your grill for Direct Heat, moderate.

   Cut peaches in half and remove the pit.

   Add a pinch or two of salt per each half.

   Let's set a few minutes and then add a light coat of cooking oil to help prevent sticking on the grill.

   Cook directly over the heat for about 2 or 3 minutes until the natural sugars start to caramelize (be careful not to burn).

   Flip peaches over and move to Indirect Heat.

   Coat with honey glaze and close the lid on your grill and cook for about 5 to 10 minutes, until the peaches are soft.

   Remove from the grill and top with ice cream, crushed walnuts and extra honey glaze.
