Grilled Chicken Sausage, Onions, and Pepper Sandwich

   Preheat grill to medium heat.

   Spray sliced onions and whole peppers with nonstick cooking spray.

   Season with oregano, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.

   Place veggies on grill and turn occasionally until cooked through, usually no more than 15 minutes.

   Place chicken sausages on the grill and cook, turning occasionally, until cooked through, about 1012 minutes.

   Add bread and grill until lightly toasted.

   If desired, drizzle bread with balsamic vinegar or spread with butter.

   Add sausages, onions, and peppers.
