Grilled Cheese Cabbage Sandwich

   Fry bacon until crisp to semi-crisp.

   Cool bacon on cutting board then crumble or chop.

   Reserve grease in pan.

   Slice cabbage and onion then add to fry pan with bacon grease and cook on medium until softened.

   Add bacon bits then cook a few minutes longer.

   Salt and pepper to taste.

   On a plate, layer flat starting with toast, slice cheese, cabbage mixture, shredded cheese then toast.

   Microwave for 30-40 seconds until cheese melts or you can grill if desired.
