Grilled Beef Short Ribs

   Preheat oven to 300u00b0F. Combine BBQ Seasoning and salt, reserving 1 teaspoon for glaze. Rub remaining seasoning on ribs and arrange, bone side down, in a large, glass baking dish (place thinner ribs in center of dish). Sprinkle vinegar over ribs, cover with foil, and bake until internal temperature of ribs reaches 170u00b0F on a meat thermometer, about 1 1/2 hours.

   While ribs are roasting, combine remaining 1 teaspoon seasoning, 1/2 cup vinegar, and brown sugar in a medium bowl and set aside. Preheat gas or charcoal grill to low heat or 300u00b0F.

   Place ribs on grill, bone-side down, brush with 1/4 cup glaze and cook until internal temperature registers 195u00b0F (about 1 1/2 - 2 hours). Brush ribs with glaze every 30 minutes while cooking. Remove ribs from grill, tent loosely with foil, and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
