1.5 pounds ground beef
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
3 ounces french-fried onion
2 slices cheddar
2/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sherry
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 garlic
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons flour

Preheat oven to 350. Mix beef, teriyaki and french fried onion. Flatten meat in baking dish and put cheese slices in. Make loaf around cheese. Bake 40 minutes.

Mix water and flour. Mix rest ingredients in pot. Bring to boil. Add flour mix and reduce heat.

Pour on top of loaf. Bake 10 minutes.
