1 medium onion, chopped
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 doz. corn tortillas
4 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 stick oleo
2 c. milk
1 can green chilies, chopped
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
