1 med. onion, minced
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 ounce. Velveeta
1 c. lowfat milk
1 can evaporated lowfat milk
16 ounce.) Colby Jack cheese, grated
1 sm. can green chilies
1 sm. jar pimentos
1 (12 ounce.) pkg. Doritos chips

Brown meat and onion in skillet.

Heat soup, Velveeta, lowfat milk and evaporated lowfat milk till smooth.

Add in cheese to meat.

Add in pimentos and green chilies to soup mix.

Cover bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan with crushed Doritos.

Top Doritos with meat, pour on soup mix and then add in more crushed Doritos and cheese on top.
