Size) Ricotta Cheese; 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Grated; 3 cups Cheddar Cheese, Grated; 1/4 heads Lettuce, Thinly Sliced, To Serve; 1 whole Tomato, Large, Diced, To Serve

1 pound Ground Beef
2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
2 Tablespoons Cumin
1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 can (32 Oz. Size) Green Enchilada Sauce
9 whole Corn Tortillas
1 container (16 Oz. Size) Ricotta Cheese
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Grated
3 cups Cheddar Cheese, Grated
1/4 heads Lettuce, Thinly Sliced, To Serve
1 whole Tomato, Large, Diced, To Serve

Grease an 8x10 casserole dish.

(Mine is oval.)

Brown ground beef with chili powder, cumin, garlic salt and pepper.

Put about a 1/4 to 1/2 cup of sauce in the bottom of the dish, then 3 tortillas (one will be broken in half for the sides).

Top that with some ground beef, ricotta, mozzarella and cheddar cheeses and more sauce.

Repeat layers, until finally topping with a bit of ground beef and the remainder of the cheese.

Bake uncovered at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes.

When serving, top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomtoes.
