1 cup Ghirardelli Unsweetened Cocoa
2 cups boiling water
1 cup butter, melted
2-1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2-1/3 cup cake flour, unsifted
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

2 oz. Ghirardelli Semi-Sweet Chocolate

Mix cocoa with boiling water, stirring with wire whip until smooth.
