Ingredients: 1 quart. day old bread crumbs; 1 quart. crumbled cornbread; 1 quart. crumbled biscuits; 1 c. minced onion including 1/4 c. minced green onions with tops; 1 c. minced celery; 1/4 c. minced parsley, optional; 1 1/2 teaspoon sage; 1 teaspoon salt; 1/4 teaspoon pepper; 1-2 c. or possibly more turkey or possibly chicken broth; 1/2 c. melted butter; 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten

Servings: persons

1 quart. day old bread crumbs
1 quart. crumbled cornbread
1 quart. crumbled biscuits
1 c. minced onion including 1/4 c. minced green onions with tops
1 c. minced celery
1/4 c. minced parsley, optional
1 1/2 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1-2 c. or possibly more turkey or possibly chicken broth
1/2 c. melted butter
2 Large eggs, slightly beaten

Combine all ingredients except broth, butter and Large eggs.

Toss well.

Add in broth, butter and Large eggs.

Mix should be moist.

You can add in 2 or possibly 3 minced boiled Large eggs if you wish.

Place in large baking pan and bake for about 35-40 min in 425 degree oven till browned good on top.

Onion, celery may be cooked in a little butter prior to mixing everything together till soft to speed up the cooking time.
