Grandma's Quick Chocolate Sheet Cake

   Preheat oven to 350*

   Bring to a boil the oleo, water, soda and cocoa.

   Add boiling mixture to flour and sugar.

   Beat.

   Add buttermilk and eggs.

   Beat and add vanilla.

   Bake for 30 minutes or until done.

   Tooth pick will come out clean.

   May be on large cookie sheet or regular cake pan.

    I probably put closer to 5 tablespoon of cocoa in the cake, but this is just a matter of what you and your family/friends enjoy more.

    When cake has about 5 minutes left:

    Icing: bring 1/2 cup oleo, 3 tablespoon cocoa & 6 tablespoon milk to a boil.

    Add 1 teaspoon vanilla.

    Pour over 1 1b of powdered sugar and beat.

    Ice cake while it is hot.

    Sometimes i poke holes in the cake with a tooth pick before pouring the icing on the cake.

    I never beat the cake with anything but a fork.

    Although, I do use a mixer for the icing.
