Grandma Ruby's Strawberry Pie Recipe

   Combine Jello, sugar, and cornstarch.

   Add in boiling water, boil till mix coats spoon, about 3-4 min.

   Remove from heat and add in red coloring.

   Let cold a little and add in 1 Tbsp.

   lemon juice.

   Let cold completely, but not congealed.

   Place sliced strawberries in cooked pie shell.

   Pour mix over strawberries.

   Chill till congealed.

    Garnish with whipped cream or possibly serve with vanilla ice cream.
