Vanilla Fudge
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
dash salt
1 tsp natural vanilla extract
2 cups powdered sugar
Chocolate Fudge
ingredients above plus 1oz. square chocolate
Peanut Butter Fudge
ingredients same as vanilla fugde plus 1/4 cup butter and 1/2 cup peanut butter

Mix milk, butter, brown and white sugar, and salt in heavy saucepan and cook over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring occaisoinally. Boil 6 minutes, then remove from heat. Add vanila & powdered sugar. Beat with mixer intil smooth and thick (about six minutes). Pour into buttered pan and freeze for 20 minutes. Cut into pieces.
