Preheat oven to 350u00b0F.

Place nut flour, cinnamon, and cocoa powder into a bowl. Next add in eggs, sweet potato puree, and apple cider vinegar.

Stir till combined. Lightly oil your ramekins and spoon the batter into the ramekins. If you want, place a few cherries on top and press them into cakes. We used frozen cherries that we let come to room temperature a little.

Placed in the 350u00b0F oven. Bake for about 30- 35 minutes. To tell when these cakes are done, the sides will start to pull away from the ramekin and cake will be light to touch.

Note: if you use a muffin pan, I would just fill up 2 muffins liners.

Let cool for a few minutes and pop out of ramekins.
