1 egg
1 cup milk
1 cup coconut
3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salt
2 cups graham wafer crumbs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Caramel Icing
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1/4 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups icing sugar

Icing: Heat brown sugar,milk and butter in a medium saucepan until it boils.
