Preheat broiler. Arrange top rack 4 inches from broiler. Arrange poblanos, tomato and garlic on a baking sheet. Broil, turning every 2-3 mins, until chilies and tomato are soft, blistered and blackened in spots and garlic is soft, around 12-13 mins total.

Place chilies in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 5 mins. Peel. Remove stems, seeds and membranes. Peel tomato then chop. Slip skin off garlic.

In a food processor, pulse roasted garlic and poblanos until coarsely chopped. Transfer to a large bowl along with tomato and parsley. Add avocado flesh and coarsely mash together. Add lime juice and season.

Transfer guacamole to a serving bowl and sprinkle with queso and radish slices.
